Barbell Shoulder Press X 5 ( for rotator cuff, to bench press more )

Rear Delt Raises X 5 ( for rotator cuff, to bench press more )

Lat Pull Downs  X 5

Supplementary exercise (if there is time)

 

Threadmill running

Every Wed( cardio will be jump rope rope bought for 2.80 after working out on calisthenics )

Overhand pull-ups

Dips

Underhand pull-ups

Food

Eat Oats

Drink Nutrisoy

Eat chicken based meals

Buy apples

Buy mixed rice before 4pm for dinner
